While completing law school, Mr. Litvack was approved by the Florida Supreme Court to work as a Certified Legal Intern at the Broward County State Attorney's Office, with the main function of assisting prosecutors in handling their daily dockets, reviewing cases, preparing pleadings, and trying cases. Mr. Litvack was asked to represent NSU's mock trial team at the 2009 National Mock Trial Competition in Providence, RI.

Following graduation, Mr. Litvack worked as an Assistant State Attorney at the 17th Judicial Circuit State Attorney's Office in and for Broward County, Florida. He began his prosecutor career in the Misdemeanor Trial Unit where he handled and tried all types of misdemeanor offenses; a majority of which were DUIs. In 2010, he was selected to represent the Misdemeanor Trial Unit at an advanced DUI Seminar presented by law enforcement agencies. His trial skills were quickly noticed and Mr. Litvack was prompted to the Felony Trial Unit. Mr. Litvack was selected to represent the Felony Trial Unit at the 2011 Gerald T. Bennett Prosecutor/Public Defender Trial Training Program at The University of Florida. By the end of tenure as a prosecutor, Mr. Litvack primarily handled first degree felonies and felonies punishable by life in prison. He tried over 50 jury trials to verdict; many of which as sole counsel. He was repeatedly recognized by the office for obtaining guilty verdicts on career criminals, violent offenders, prison release re-offenders, and habitual offenders.

Mr. Litvack has handled all types of criminal cases and has worked closely with law enforcement to investigate and build cases. Through his tenure as a prosecutor, Mr. Litvack has learned how law enforcement and prosecutors evaluate cases and what factors they rely on when filing charges, forming plea offers, and trying cases.
