Attorney Robert J. DeCurtins is a Charlotte criminal defense attorney who places a great emphasis on providing personalized service to his clients. He earned his bachelor's degree in criminology from Eastern Kentucky University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law. He also graduated second in his class from Lincoln M. Zonn, Institute of Polygraph. Admitted to the North Carolina bar, he began practicing law in 1984, with a focus primarily on criminal defense.

Mr. DeCurtins believes in building a firm foundation for a solid attorney-client relationship: one that is built on honesty, communication, and above all else—trust. He has formerly worked as an assistant public defender and a trained polygraph examiner.
